What personal data do we collect?

Typically, we have a delivery agreement with the customers we work with. The delivery agreement gives us access to the personal data that we need to be able to communicate with customers and deliver the products and services to which the delivery relates.

When you contact us (e.g. by e-mail, telephone or when you fill in your personal data in the contact form available on our website), we may save information about you that is necessary to solve your case. We never collect any information about you other than what you yourself provide in your communication with us.

Legal basis for our processing

We keep a personal data register of what data we collect and the legal basis on which the collection is based on. In cases where we use consent as the basis for collection, you have the right to withdraw your consent. If you do not want to receive offers and/or marketing, please contact us.

We save some personal data to meet legal requirements or regulatory requirements.

Storage of personal data

We always work according to the principle of collecting as little information as possible and saving the information as short a time as possible. This means that your personal data is not stored for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing.

Our policy is also to avoid sending personal data by e-mail. We strive to minimize the people who are copied (CC:) in all our correspondence to minimize the dissemination of personal data by email.

Our employees are trained in our privacy policy. Training in our privacy policy is also included in the training that each new employee receives.  We also continuously follow up that the policy is complied with.

We use a variety of IT services and systems in our operations. Some of these systems store the information locally, while other information is stored with our suppliers. In cases where we have a supplier who processes personal data on our behalf, we have a personal data processing agreement that regulates that the personal data is processed exclusively according to our instructions. All personal data is processed within EU.

Disclosure of personal data

We never disclose personal data to third parties unless it is required by law or to complete our delivery to our customers.

Correction and information

You have the right to receive information about what personal data is stored about you. If you wish to receive such information, a written request must be made to the data controller.  Depending on the nature of the contact, we may require you to prove your identity in an appropriate manner.

Complaints to supervisory authorities

You always have the right to complaint about our processing of your personal data direct to our Data Processor or with the supervisory authority, which in our case is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. For contact information, see www.imy.se.
