LC-Tec announces changes to its Board of Directors following the Annual General Meeting.

Martin Lundhagen was re-elected as a member of the Board. Jan Söderström was elected Chairman of the Board. Claes Wallner was elected as a new board member.

At the same time, Anders Björkman and Jesper Brodersen have decided not to stand for re-election. Anders Björkman is stepping down after serving as Chairman of the Board.

The company would like to thank Anders Björkman and Jesper Brodersen for their valuable contributions, commitment, and service to LC-Tec during their time on the Board.

The new Board of Directors brings a strong combination of strategic, industrial, and leadership experience that will support LC-Tec’s continued development and long-term growth.
